Que Sera, Sera

Hey dolls, I hope you had a wonderful new year's. Being back at work this week, it feels like somehow I never left. Oy. At least tomorrow is Friday.

I had planned to do this on New Year's Day, but for once I let myself get swept away in the day. The name of my blog no longer suits me, so I am going to be changing the name of it and the blog address. One of my new year's resolutions was to try to not get as stressed out over things as I usually do (as a teacher who runs the student government class this is difficult). I have always been enamored with the song "Que Sera, Sera," and the phrase just suits me better. Isn't it nicer to just let whatever be be and take things as they come? I think so. That expression is going to be the name of my new blog. I couldn't quite get the exact address since some other bloggers have nabbed variations, so I will post the address on Sunday.

To start things off on the right note, I am going to leave you with my absolute favorite version of this song done by Mr. David Ryan Harris that was recorded by my husband. I am really proud of myself for sharing this since I kinda just want to keep it to myself, but it's just too good not to. And sorry about the "whoos" you'll hear my husband and me shout.

Ciao bellas.

  1. Love it! My mom used to sing that song to me when I was in high school and thought things were just miserable and awful. It is quite a good mantra ;)
